  • Bookings can be made via phone, website, WhatsApp, or other approved communication channels.

  • A booking is considered confirmed once acknowledged by our team.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including technician availability or safety concerns.

 

3. Pricing & Quotations

  • Prices provided are based on initial information shared by the customer.

  • Final pricing may vary if additional work, materials, or time is required after inspection.

  • Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated before proceeding.

  • All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise.

 

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

  • Delayed or non-payment may result in service suspension or refusal of future bookings.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers are requested to inform us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service charge.

  • Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

6. Service Scope & Limitations

  • Our services are limited to the agreed scope discussed before or during the job.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or issues caused by previous work carried out by third parties.

  • Additional repairs or services outside the original scope will require customer approval.

 

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Where applicable, a limited service warranty may be provided on specific work.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Yalla Do This shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide safe and clear access to the work area.

  • Any fragile or valuable items should be secured before service begins.

  • Accurate information must be provided regarding the issue or service request.

 

9. Health & Safety

  • Our team follows safety procedures while performing services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or pose a risk to people or property.
